Raab went to Cleveland State University and the University of Iowa’s Writers’ Workshop. In 2016, he left Esquire magazine after nineteen years as Writer at Large.
His first book The Whore of Akron was published in 2011, followed in 2017 by You’re Welcome, Cleveland. His new book, Once More To The Sky, comes out 8/31/21.
